For the first time Jin Mai Lang will implement the compact cleanroom concept. The advantages of the compact design compared with the larger Contipure cleanroom that is actually used in the Contipure preform sterilization system, are reduced consumption of hydrogen peroxide and water and a higher output of 72,000 containers per hour (versus the previous 63,000 containers per hour).
One turnkey PET line rated at 90,000 containers per hour
- For bottling still water
- At the plant in Qujing
Krones' requirement was to manufacture this line completely at the Chinese plant in Taicang for the first time.
