Krones Italy in Garda is a subsidiary of the Krones Group, which is headquartered in Germany and is a leading international player in the production, sale and servicing of machinery and even complete factories for the beverage & liquid food industry worldwide.  The Group is a global employer of more than 18,500 employees. In Italy today there are about 50 employees who handle Krones’ activities within the Italian market. Krones Group is the global market leader in its industrial sector and is expected to grow further, with a clear focus on sustainable, eco-friendly solutions.

*KIC is a company owned by the Krones Group and is located in Germany. It serves as a full-range provider specialising in operating supplies for the beverage and liquid food industry. Among their products and service(s) are:

  • Packaging and labelling adhesives
  • Detergents and disinfectants
  • Lubricants
  • Digitalised lubrication schedules
  • Water treatment
  • Filter elements
  • 3D print materials
  • Individual consulting concerning the synergy between KIC and the Krones product portfolio.

The advertised position will be the Field Sales function for KIC products to cover the complete Italian market, and therefore be employed by Krones Italy in Garda.

Your tasks

  • Performing all KIC Field Sales activities for Italy, considering different sales channels.
  • Visiting customers in Italy, on order to advertise and sell the KIC product portfolio.
  • Identifying (new) opportunities, understanding customer needs, and highlighting KIC USP’s.
  • Engaging in relevant trade shows and being the KIC face to all customers in Italy and main “go-to person”.
  • Giving customer feedback to KIC in Germany, regarding customer needs, necessary improvements, or new solutions.
  • CRM opportunity and pipeline management in Salesforce.
  • Collaboration with Sales LCS local, regional and corporate organization(s).

Your profile

  • Relevant professional experience in Sales/After-Sales in the same or a similar industry with a proven track record.
  • A passionate and self-driven Salesperson.
  • Openness to also reach out to potential/new customers and explore new sales opportunities.
  • Market and customer knowledge.
  • Good negotiation skills.
  • Customer focused.
  • Confident communicator at all levels.
  • Strong Italian and English language skills.
  • Able to undertake frequent travelling within Italy (~80% travelling country-wide).
